Claris Lifesciences – Recall of injectable products
March 10, 2017 – Claris Lifesciences announced a user-level recall of some lots of fluconazole, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, and metronidazole injectable products due to the potential of a leak from the primary container, which may have resulted from shipping damage and which may result in a potential breach of sterility and contamination of the contents.
