C.O. Truxton – Recall of phenobarbital
April 21, 2017 – The FDA announced that C.O. Truxton voluntarily recalled one lot of phenobarbital 15 mg tablets to the consumer/user level due to a confirmed customer complaint that a bottle labeled as phenobarbital 15 mg was found to contain phenobarbital 30 mg tablets.
