Sandoz – Recall of enoxaparin injection
December 2, 2021 - Sandoz announced a voluntary, consumer-level recall of one lot of enoxaparin 40 mg/0.4 mL single-dose syringes because a portion of the recalled lot experienced a temperature excursion during shipment.
