Macleods – Recall of losartan/hydrochlorothiazide
February 21, 2019 - Macleods announced a voluntary, consumer-level recall of one lot of losartan/hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) tablets due to the detection of trace amounts of an unexpected impurity, identified as N-nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA).
