Blaine Labs – Recall of RevitaDerm® (benzalkonium chloride)
January 27, 2022 - Blaine Labs announced a recall of one lot of RevitaDerm Wound Care gel to the consumer level because a 1.0 ounce bottle has been found to be contaminated with Bacillus cereus.
