Sodium phosphate injection – Drug shortage
November 2, 2018 - The drug shortage of sodium phosphate injection is ongoing. Sodium phosphate injection has been unavailable for at least 90 days. Fresenius Kabi estimates that product will be available by mid-November 2018. Hospira estimates that product will be available by the second quarter of 2019.
