Save your documentation

You are required to save your training documentation.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires you, as a Network Pharmacy Provider, to maintain records demonstrating your compliance with training requirements for 10 years.

These records should be kept on file for future audit purposes or if requested. Please do not send training log to OptumRx^® unless requested.

Certificates of completion

Upon completion of the two required training courses, download and save a copy of your certificate of completion. If you do not have a certificate of completion, you must keep training documentation.

Acceptable training documentation

In addition to the certificates of completion, acceptable training documents include training logs, system generated reports, or detailed spreadsheets.
